Daily Production Report
Pick a shoot day on the left to fill the day's DPR. Page count, scenes shot, meal breaks, weather, accidents — everything producers need at wrap.
Continuity Lookbook
Built from your script breakdown, grouped by story day. Type each look; wardrobe shoots the photos in the MPIRE app and they sync here. Lock a look once it's approved.
Wardrobe Continuity
Per-character wardrobe state across scenes. Photos, item lists, continuity notes — locks you in when scenes shoot out of order.

LEGAL LEDGER · MATTERS & FEES
Track every lawyer, case, and dollar — in and out
Log legal fees, settlements and judgments you pay (money out) and settlements or wins you recover (money in). Each case shows its net position — am I ahead or behind. Counter-offers are tracked as a negotiation log and only count once a dollar actually changes hands.

How the Cycle Works
Plain-English reference — the choreography every project follows
Production Cycle
Funding. Holding deploys capital. Features: direct to the project. Microdramas: invested into Urban Operas first.
Commissioning. Holding hires MR Productions (features) · Urban Operas hires MR Productions (microdramas). MR Productions is a pure production-services co — no slate of its own.
Production. MR Productions hires the crew & cast, contracts Tightrope Agency for marketing, and rents equipment from Geeked Up Cameras.
Delivery. Finished film delivered to its sponsor — Holding (features) or Urban Operas (microdramas).
IP consolidation. Microdrama IP flows up from Urban Operas to Holding so Holding is the single book of record for every asset.
Distribution & Revenue
Distribution licensing. Holding leases the finished IP to MR Distribution.
Network sales. MR Distribution sub-licenses to TIVI Network and any external networks.
Revenue collection. Networks pay MR Distribution for each license.
Revenue remit. MR Distribution keeps its distribution fee, remits the balance up to Holding.
Monthly Operations
Mgmt fees up. Every operating sub pays a monthly mgmt fee to The Robinson Executive Firm.
Bills down. Executive Firm pays all operating bills for every sub. Owner draws flow from here.
